Trades welcome!!!!!! Up down, whatever!
I took this car in trade for my 05 Acura I had listed on the board and had it shipped in from texas.
Exterior is really clean for a 7 year old car. Has a few minor marks, mainly on the gold lower cladding. Paint was painstakingly detailed to correct any flaws (to the tune of 14 hours worth) before the prior owner shipped it to me. Only real marks are a minor chip in the tailgate, and markes on the plastic cladding, paint itsefl is very clean and smooth.
I have a clean/clear texas title in hand. Wife likes it, but doesn't "love it" since I gave her my truck to drive while this was being shipped, so off it goes...
Car has about 93,1xx miles- Will likely not change much as its not going to be used at this point
Exterior in great condition
Interior has no rips or tears, but the front leather has the very typical Ford spiderweb look to it. tried to take pics of it. The spiderwebbing makes it look dirty, but I imagine if steam cleaned, the dirty look would come out of the webs... but it still looks nice.
Has rear Flip Down DVD player with wireless headphones (haven't used it yet, but its there...) Includes two wireless headsets as well.
Known Issues:
Multifunction switch (turn signal stalk) occasionally the turn signals freeze, and you have to hit the hazard switch to get them functional again. Common ford issue, only happened once in the past 3 weeks. $100 or less to replace, and its a quick/easy replacement
Heat clicks (the flapper valve door thing inside the cabin) when set to max heat, back it off 2 notches and its fine, but any hotter it clicks... (Its actually called the blend door actuator. the part is only $40, but takes some time to install as its behind the glove compartment)
Needs tires, they are 265/70/17 Common SUV/truck size.
Thats it.. 4x4 works, no other known issues. Lady has been daily driving it since it arrived. Truck has two owners prior to being traded to me.
Asking $8000- For 8500, I'll replace the tires and the Multifunction switch.
Pics: as it sits in my driveway as of today, after being rained on....
