Went to the track last night for 1 final try before it closes to see if I could will myself to an 11.

I ran twice earlier in the year, First time on a bias ply so I was tender in the driving but scratched a 12.1 and a 12.0 both at 115.

This time I was MUCH more confident with the tires and just tried to run clean.

3840 race weight, and not a good suspension for drag racing.

Mods - ET streets
H&R Sport Springs
Stock shocks
NO air in the bags

Clutch dump at ~4500 and shifting ~6100. EDIT - I found the DA was 2959ft.
Run 1 -

60' - 1.745
330 - .000
1/8 - 7.723
MPH - 95.03
1000 - 9.998
1/4 - 11.937
MPH - 117.79

 Very pleased!!

Waited about an hour with some ice.

Run 2 -

60' - 1.753
330 - .000
1/8 - 7.651
MPH - 96.09
1000 - 9.914
1/4 - 11.853
MPH - 117.75

:rolling:

I know my times are slower than most with my mods but I am VERY happy with an actual street car that rides great in this part of the country.

I should have the vid later in the week.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome!!

I doubt I'll ever see a "10" in this car because I dont want a cage. But for a 3800lb. beast, and a 3000ft. DA that I can still take comfortably golfing, AND will run an 11.8 w/ a little more left in it is fine by me.
