CYN and DHX earnings tomorrow.
CYN sell limits at .138 and .1799
DHX I'm coming close to my $3 calls that expire on the 17th

Ooofff. I was taught not to hold options through earnings.

I’ve ignored that several times and got my ass handed to me every time.

You must have bought way out of the money for the calls.

When did you buy and what did you pay?

Not really a Starbucks fan(their coffee is overrated/overpriced) but the stock price is getting near pandemic lows. I think they have way too many stores and are cannibalizing themselves though.

Fannie Mae just applied to be able to secure 2nd mortgages.

My guess, be a rerun of 2008, mainly for poor credit people but will spread everywhere.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are Gov Secured Enterprises that secure mortgage loans for a lot of sub prime and first time homebuyers. Credit scores down to 620. 3% down.

Is it really a good idea to allow this group to extract most of the equity they just gathered in their homes?

I'm guessing with so little down payment required the buyer would be required to obtain private mortgage insurance?

Anyone buying lithium stocks? Today I bought:

ULTHF @ $1.06
LAC @ $20.23

All the EV cars are going to need two things for sure, batteries and copper wire. SCCO is my copper play.

Always interesting to go back and look at past picks. I'm glad I sold the lithium stocks a long time ago. Both are now down about 80%.

As for SCCO, I just had no patience. It's up 50% since then.

The market treated me right today.

Biggest position = LRCX up 3.85%
2nd biggest = NVDA up 3.58%
3rd biggest = FSELX up 2.89%
4th biggest = MSTR up 15.86% !!!

Long live the rally!

Man I should’ve bought BITO yesterday. Didn’t think it would launch like this yet.

I held it until the ex dividend last month to see if the dividends actually paid.

Sure did. 1.64 a share @$24 a share!

It tanked immediately. Be interesting to see if it acts like a normal dividend stock that nose dived the day after ex dividend.

Don't forget BITX is double the fun if you're timing it right

I was not paying attention to BTC yesterday so I missed all that
