I ordered my iat2 blockoff plate from Nathan at mysteed almost two months ago and have not received it and they have not returned my emails. Anybody have any suggestions, a phone number, or any other way of contacting them before I file a PayPal dispute? Thanks

I would call Paypal and tell them what you are going to do, just so that you are in the system. Then, I would send them a "warning" email AND phone call. Stating that they have a week to at least contact you at your phone number or email. If they don't contact you, call paypal and dispute it.
