History Behind Engine & Transmission
This engine & transmission was pulled from a stock car which came into our shop for a Supercharger. Upon inspection of the motor we noticed there was a some coolant in cylinder #4. At that point the customer decided to have us pull the motor and put in a new Aluminator Long block. We never opened up the motor to find out what caused the leak. It may be as minor as a head gasket but have not confirmed this and do not know. The engine ran perfect but we would highly recommend finding out the source of the leak OR rebuilding the motor before installing it into your car.
The transmission was replaced with a T56 and was working with no issues. We are asking $500 for the engine and $500 for the transmission. Both items are sold as is.
