intercooler leak

just got a terminator getting a lot of suction from intercooler tank and water is burning through my exhaust when i fill it ,i disconnected pump but still getting suction

This is common but more common in the lightnings, to verify this is your problem disconnect one of the lower hoses and drain the fluid, if it stops smoking from the tail pipes this is clearly your problem, as a FYI it takes a few minutes for the rest to burn out so the smoking will not instantly stop, we usually run the car around the block easy to get the water out.
