(Will a) KB BAP w/ M112 damage anything?

does anybody know if adding a 40A BAP to stock system would damage anything internally? plans this summer to add KB 2.4L with stock rails but to add 60lb injectors. wait or proceed with install. do i need dual FPDM's? :shrug:

The only thing I can think of that gets damaged by high fuel pressure is the FRPS.

This is less from the boost-a-pump and mostly from the PPRV delete and the pressure spikes that occur from bumping the rev limiter, and other WOT activities.

Though the FRPS will often fail on bone stock cars as well.

You were not thinking the blower might get damaged... were you?

Again, what exactly did you fear might become damaged?:shrug:

I can't think of anything else.

thx for info! and no, didn't think fact s/c was an issue. wasn't sure mainly on elect issues or even injectors.....just wasn't sure. sent in quest to KB and they said no issues known. again thx...........
