I had been using straight distilled water in my i/c system and everything was great. I decided to add 3/4 bottle of water wetter, and it won't stop foaming up. It foams up so much it builds pressure in the reservoir. Every time I open the i/c coolant cap, foam spews over.

Anyone ever have this problem?

too much will foam...

12 oz. bottle is good for 3-5 gallons of water

intercooler system is only 1 gallon

should have used like 4 oz, not 9

I would purge some and dilute it

I don't feel bad. The first thing I did when this started was call Redline. They didn't say anything about too strong of a concentration. Instead they insisted it was a result of air being trapped in my system causing aeration.

I had a hard time believing that, which is why I posted on here. & now I know.
