i just finished my setup on the cobra, 2.8 kenne bell and all the common supporting mods. When i get into high boost the blower coolant sprays over the engine bay.
Kenne bell boost is 19 psi
the cap is rated for 16 psi

When i started up the car and opened the reservoir cap, there wasn't any movement in the liquid.

The coolant sprays only when im boosting over the reservoir's cap rating.

Any advice woulds be appreciated

Classic failed I/C pump.

Stationary I/C fluid will boil in the intercooler under the blower, over pressurize the system and spew out the tank cap.

Boost pressure is irrelevant unless your I/C is perforated, or cracked, and then you would be loosing coolant right into the engine.

High boost heats the intake air more and boils the coolant.

Put a new pump in it, super common problem.
