Actually it's my new Daily Driver to replace the '12 5.0 Mustang.

FX4 Crew Cab with 3.73's with 250 miles on the clock.
Very impressive drive train! It's hard to believe how fast this truck is!

Stock dyno vs base tune: (SAE)

A little ignition timing added vs stock timing:

Those are impressive gains! And that torque curve comes in early and is flat. Sheesh Gotta love that Eco boost motor.

Wow. 89hp and 32+tq just from a base tune and bumped timing? Impressive for no mods. Do you have big plans for racing this truck or are you just gonna make it a strong daily driver? Do you have any HP goals?

R&D vehicle at most. No real plans to mod it at the moment, looking into the limits of the fuel system, Turbos, etc.

First trip to the track it ran a string of 14.0's. not going to set the world on fire, but its a pretty quick truck non the less.

Nice! I have a 12 ecoboost f150 for my daily and its def a fun ride! Is the numbers off your with just the tune? Cause that's awesome numbers! I have a upgraded Wagner intercooler, air aid intake, stainless works offroad down pipe to S tune catback running a custom MPT tune and at 350 rwhp and 515 torque

Yes, my truck is bone stock with only a tune.

I have been wondering what's the ceiling of the stock direct injection system

Based on the data from Ford the HPFP is capable of flowing a maximum of the following fuel volume in lb/hr vs RPM:
RPM - LB/HR
500 - 30.1606
1000 - 60.3211
1500 - 90.4817
2000 - 120.6423
2500 - 150.8028
3000 - 180.9634
3500 - 211.1239
4000 - 241.2845
4500 - 271.4451
5000 - 301.6056
5500 - 331.7662
6000 - 361.9268

It is RPM based since the HPFP flows x volume per cam revolution.
Given the flow rate you can calculate the Max BHP attainable (without draining the fuel rails) vs RPM.

Sure, lets do it.

Who will be first to figure out a fuel system for these things!?

This may be the most potential gas engine EVER in a truck with more fuel!

The SHO's are maxing out at 440/520 due to the fuel system.....

Is this fuel system similar to the HPFP in the diesels?

I crawled under the truck and didn't like the single 2.5" pipe and resonator so I ordered a 4" Solo cat-back exhaust and 2 dynomax Ultraflow mufflers. I'm a big dynomax fan, so out with the Solo muffler and in with 2 ulraflows (if I can get 2 to fit).
Gonna do before / after dyno runs.

Hopefully I won't make the maxed-out fuel pump issue worse.

From what I've seen most catbacks don't do much for power....but that was on stock vehicles. ..look forward to hearing it as well

Normally I would agree as the stock cats are typically the biggest restriction in the system. But these V6's have dual exhaust thru cats with a decent 'Y' pipe followed immediately by a single 2.5" pipe / resonator, then 3" out the back. The bottle neck flow wise seems to me to be the section of 2.5" pipe and resonator.
We shall see....
