Oil for engine after being out of a car for awhile...

So I recently did an engine swap but this engine has been out of the car for awhile now... Just curious of what oil to use in the 98 cobra engine.. Also what's the best trans and rear end fluid?

So I recently did an engine swap but this engine has been out of the car for awhile now... Just curious of what oil to use in the 98 cobra engine.. Also what's the best trans and rear end fluid?

The engine takes a 5W-30, 6.0 quarts.
Royal Purple SAE 5W-30 (part #01530, quart bottle) or for a significant increase in performance and protection Royal Purple HPS 5W-30 (part #31530, quart bottle);

T-45 5 speed factory fill is Mercon ATF, a better choice is Royal Purple Synchromax (part #01512, quart bottle), 3.3 quarts.

8.8" differential- factory fill was a conventional GL-5 80W-90 gear oil, a better choice is Royal Purple Max Gear 75W-90 (part #01300, quart bottle), 1.9 quarts.
