Dyno Results (May 16/09)

Made it to the dyno today for a re tune after adding the LT's and the PSR (ported short runner).

HP/TQ before new mods 299.83/290.72

HP/TQ after new mods 311.73/292.07

The gains between 5500rpm and 6900rpm were from 16.40 - 32.92hp and 15.66 - 25.06ft/tq!!!!!! :rockon:

Here is a breakdown.....I won't have the graphs/files till next week. AVG AF was around 12.80.

Looks like it pulls hard to redline. Did you have a ported lower on there before? What are the other mods?

Pervious mods were JLT RAI, Steeda UDP's, Pypes catted X, MagnaFlow cat back and custom tune. Just added the ARH LT's/catted X, NAZ ported short runner and a re tune.

Not just that but also notice how the Nazty Performance Ported Short Runner bring the power SOONER as well!

Notice his old peak power.....299 @ 6100RPM

Notice how he is making 301 @ 5500RPM with the Nazty Intake.

Notice how the he makes 307 by 5750 peaks @ 311 by 6500 and "drops" to 306 by 6900 RPM! Averages 309.48RWHP thru the meat of the power band! Pretty much unheard off for a little 4.6 to average over 300 for such of long strech of power band with such of "mild" peak of 311RWHP!

The trent we are seeing with the Nazty Ported Short Runner is that not only increasses peak power, but its effectivly extending the power band, with power sooner and all the way to the capability of the cam profile!! Not bad!! Not too bad!

By the way....his car will be into the 11s (was running 12.15s)!!! No problem! Ill say 11.8xs!

Which is insane for such of mildly modded car!!
