Just posting this up for entertainment, no haters please :beer:

There have been some really fast BONE STOCK pass's recently, figured some of you guys would enjoy these vids...

Ranger is at it again, he's made 272 pass's in his C6Z, this is his new personal best on oem runflats.

[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ct_RxkWp41g&feature=player_embedded"]YouTube - Ranger C6 Z06 11.02 Bone-Stock on Stock Tires[/nomedia]

there has only been 1 single 10 sec pass with oem runflats, but numerous with drag radials only. here's a nasty pass, bone stock but with drag radials...

[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-glP4x5YHg&feature=player_embedded"]YouTube - Dr Ron's Stock C6Z06 on Drag Radials 10.84 @ 128[/nomedia]

these guys are students of drag racing, your average C6Z driver is not going to run these times, but it's interesting to know the cars potential.

hard to hate on a creation like that, car that has the potential to run 10s without changing anything except the tires for under $100k....for a factory car that's in it's own league IMO

Now that's a driver mod! A Z06 is one of my dream cars for sure. They are just unreal.

:rollseyes try running in some normal air, car would be in the 12's here, and in desperate need of a power adder.

well, roll your eyes all you want, but he wasn't there, and he didn't run a 12...:nonono:

I guess in retrospect, i'd be mad too if i was running a KB at 20 plus psi, and not breaking into the 11s, or trapping over 123....

So I am curious. What does the 03-04, GT500 run there. You know cars with power adders. Stock with drag radials. Must be impressive times since they have power adders.

Vegas air is definitely not 'normal' air. It's in the middle of a ****ing desert!

Give some credit

Why do you guys always talk about "power adders", what if this, what if that..:lol1: That's like saying, "must be impressive since it's a 3100lb fiberglass 2 seater with a 427ci motor". It is what it is, impressive regardless. :beer:

But since you asked, there is a guy on here running 11.16s in a bone stock 2011 GT500 with tires (rw95gt). Another guy running 10.39s in a full weight pullied 2007 GT500 at that track, (jerrytubbs1) Conditions play a HUGE role, but so does the driver behind the wheel.

Regardless of whether it's a stock Z06 or a stock Mustang people will always acknowledge the fact that these times aren't attainable without great drivers in exceptional conditions.

100ft. DA is not normal either :shrug: i was commenting on "who needs a power adder", and the answer to that would be EVERYONE:burnout:

oh i am not mad, and my car has done better than both of those numbers. i just take these wild numbers with a grain of salt.
