So, after thinking about it, doing something overly flashy would kill the look of my car so I've narrowed my choices of caliper color down to 2 and will do one of the following: black with white front decals, matte dark grey with azure front decals, matte dark grey with orange front decals, matte dark grey with white front decals or matte dark grey with chrome-like front decals.

The matte calipers look like this (b&w photo of matte dark grey calipers with red decals) and not speckled like in my chop :(:

and a chop where my friend made the text orange:

Decal color choices (white, azure blue, orange or shiny silver):

I'm tired of my rear brake calipers being unpainted and not matching the black brembos up front, so I'd like to paint them soon. Honestly, I don't think black calipers stand out enough so I ordered some paint swatches from G2 and now I can't decide. I hate red calipers so I think that's is out and I don't think Gold, White or Green would look good at all so they're out. Currently, I like Blue, Orange, Tungsten, and (although red) Red Fire. They also can match paint codes so anything should be possible; maybe Azure Blue? What do you guys think?

Sorry for the crappy photoshops, I gave up trying to colorize the brakes (so they'd still look 3D) and just put a 2D layer on top of them . Also the colors don't really match all that well :(.

Anyways, here are the swatches I requested (the bottle of Back to Black is there for color reference):

You have too much time on your hands. I personally like red on silver cars. I voted red

on a silver car, black for sure. possibly red, but probably black. do you want to "stand out" like ricer stand out? What's wrong with simple and clean?

True, true. I've tried to keep the look clean thus far and there's no point ruining it now. I'm leaning very heavily towards a matte dark grey caliper with either Azure Blue, Orange, White or Chrome lettering.
