Like many things on this site, SVTP seems to be a great source for music. I've searched around and found some stuff on here that I like, but a lot of the threads on this topic have dead links, and are... old to.

I'm looking to update my playlist of what I call my "Driving music", which is really full of all of my trance/house music, so I'm looking to SVTP for suggestions. I'll put up some stuff I've been listening to lately also.

Also, instead of just saying "anything by tiesto or AVB", post a youtube link to the song :beer:

Trance ftw. Im still big into dubstep lately, but will catch myself flipping over to my vocal trance station on pandora if the freeway and weather conditions are right....

blasting through the Bay Area/San Francisco or Sacramento freeways at 75-80mph with the top down at dusk with trance blasting can be almost orgasmic.

I was waiting for you to chime in and say something. Oddly enough I'm not big on dubstep or vocal trance but if the song is right and the vocals are good I'll download it... All just depends really.

I searched on youtube for a while and I think I found all the tiesto songs that I like, and I don't know if saying this will get me lynched but so far I'm not a fan of AVB... Maybe someone can prove me wrong on both.

I find myself just listening to podcasts(MindControl,Morgan Page, Radio 538 Dance Dept), but house and progressive is totally different from 5-10 years ago. I absolutely think this music has lost alot of it's luster, being that it is so mainstream now. WMC and UltraFest used to be so underground, now we have Madonna showing up to these events.

Not really along those lines, but similar;

Amethystium and Delerium are darker, and creepily interesting.

and

they both take time to develop. Reminds me of the soundtrack to the game "Unreal."

I wasn't expecting that song to be remixed :-D

Thanks, I'm going to check some of these out when I get home from work

It seems like all genres of music has been going down the tubes in recent years. The 90's was definitely a great time for all things trance.

Nice and mellow, perfect for highway cruising, thanks :beer:
