SVT's 20th Birthday Today

I follow Ford on Facebook and they said 20 years ago today, on February 6th 1992 was the day Ford made the Special Vehicle Team to produce high performance vehicles :beer:

Here is what they said,

"This Week in Ford History: On February 6, 1992, Ford announced a new task force called the "Special Vehicle Team," or SVT, to develop limited edition and highly personalized vehicles, such as the 1993 Ford Mustang Cobra."

They are still operational but mostly under the radar it seems(GT500) and also doing developmental stuff for Ford along with Roush industries.

I'd love to see an SVT awd version of the upcoming Focus ST with about 100 more horsepower!
