Hey guys,

I wanted to give you all a friendly heads up. It looks like I'm going to have to file charges against these guys for the $3500 dollar deposit they took 17 months ago for a kit I don't think they ever intended to supply.

you can read about it here:

And here for updates:
http://www.turbomustangs.com/smf/index.php?topic=53996.0

And here for my latest post:
http://www.turbomustangs.com/smf/index.php?topic=61337.0

And here on the Corral:
http://www.corral.net/forums/showthread.php?t=787016

I got an email last night that basically said: I'll send you some pipe work and your suspension stuff but you're not getting anything else.

Buyer beware,
Alan

P.S. Please make this a sticky so we can limit the number of people who get scammed by these guys.

I forgot this post was here. :(

After getting a lawyer and the Ohio State Attorney General's office involved they finally delivered the kit. :)

Major thanks to AlainK. He's a member I "met" over on the Corral. He hooked me up with a pretty sweet deal on the turbos.

I got home this afternoon from work and went right to the garage. (Often considered my natural habitat.) :p

If one is good:

Then two are better:

Tight Fit but it all works on the suspension side:

Clean on the Passenger Side with the bumper on:

When the wheels are on it's nearly impossible to see the kit:

Here's what it looks like (rough) from the outside:

I'm pretty excited to see some real progress. There are a few things in the way of fitment I'm going to have to work out but otherwise it's been pretty much all gravy.

The most frightening aspect is how totally stock the car looks with the bumper and wheel in their proper places. You absolutely won't be able to tell the car is what it is until it's way past too late.

Thanks again to AlainK for both the turbos and the ride in his Turbo Cobra this afternoon, Tim (TallTim) and Rick (Ponyman460) for all the help so far with the car.

All I need are injectors, an injector driver, fuel pumps and a MAF to get the car running.

More pics as it develops. :2thumbs:
