Friday August 18, 2006 @ Island Dragway in Great Meadows, NJ.

As part of the East Coast F-Body Nationals weekend, the NJFBOA will be having both heads up and bracket racing at Island on Friday night.

General Rules and Requirements:
All vehicles must pass an NHRA tech and safety inspection and meet the requirements for the E.T. and trap speed they run.
Racing is limited to Camaro, Firebird, and Mustang bodied vehicles only.
Bracket Classes will run off of a .500 Sportsman Tree and Heads-up will run on a .400 Pro Tree.
All Vehicles MUST run through mufflers.
Any engine and transmission combination allowed.
Any power adder allowed.
No limits on wheel or tire size.
All classes will run F-body vs Mustang, if there is an unequal number of cars the same type vehicles will run one another.

Heads-Up Specifics:
Run wutcha brung!!!!

Street Tire Bracket Specifics:
Limited to DOT approved tires
No Bracket Racing Electronics Permitted
No limit on tire size

Slick Bracket Specifics:
Open to any tire construction, including full slick or "street/cheater" slick tires
No limits on tire size
Bracket Racing Electronics Permitted
