cleaned up the engine bay today

cleaned up the bay today to get ready for ocean city pretty simple ,
water
simple green - tooth brush/scrub brush
more simple green
rinse off
aero 303

Edit: the engine was warm to the touch not super hot but still steamed up a little

Someone else posting this similar kind of thread made me do this today lol. Simple green and a tough bristled brush. It even took most of that oxidized look off my pulley bridge

Anything black under the hood.. It's amazing ( plastic/rubber and even black coolant crossover pipe)
Trust me!!

i am going to have to give this stuff a try. I have a small fortune of car cleaning supplies now that i own a cobra lol.

i did most the work with simple green sprayed on and a scrub brush. i really only used the water to rinse the simple green off.
