Well i finally got my car washed up and ready for some pics.
These were fairly easy to install but had to do some cuting and grinding on my headlight panel to make them fit in but no big deal it only took about an extra 15 mins to make it right.

I also installed a new 6000K Hid kit i purchased and must say i love it.
Now i installed the hids in the projectors and didnt really light up the road like i thought it would but figured out that the projector housings had a little thin piece of metal inside the houseing that was only allowing the light to go down and nowhere else, well i just took a pick and bent that metal piece down to where the light could go out alot better and i must say,it made it about 50x better!!!! anyways heres some pics

That piece of metal is designed to provide a cut off line for the projector, and focus light on the road instead now light is going everywhere and blinding people

a good test to see if the light is cut-off properly is to shine the lights on a garage. the correctly designed housings will produce a cutoff line below typical eye level for oncoming traffic whereas a non projector lens will just scatter light.
looks good for the money. my experience with aftermarket lights is that the rubber strips tend to crack and separate from the plastic over time.

where did you attach the red wire with the cables, on the negative or positive terminal of the battery, i got mine and the directions are not clear, but its a red wire so I assume positive but I dont wanna screw it up....I'm waiting to install them until I find out the answer

Good idea taking your smoked lens off your current headlights and installing them on the projectors. Would deff want to see how they come out!

4.6 Stang, Do you have any nighttime shots?
