After dreaming and joking about it with Mpe331LX since I first got my license in 08 I finally came into possession of his termie swapped sn95 on 10/19/12. His setup was daily driven for 4 years and ran a best of [email protected] with the stock longblock and a KB 2.8h making 677/649. That same week I picked up a very low mileage Kenne Bell 2.8 Mammoth in Melbourne, FL from Neversatisfied. I have decided to go with a higher compression built bottom end to support the added airflow of the mammoth and while at it will be swapping to 96-98 cobra cams instead of the 03/04s along with using a Teksid aluminum block for some weight savings. Today the car will be getting moved for some fresh paint which it desperately needs as you can see. Bumpers, lights, hood, wheels, emblems, mirrors, and wing will also be getting replaced for a sexy showcar look. Once the car is done being painted it will then be moved to MPEs house where all labor will be done and the car will regain its DD status! Estimated time of completion is sub 90 days…dependent on my painter, builder, and tuner.

Damn this is like my dream setup! Wish there was some way to fit the bigger blowers under the stock hood though!! The stock hood is one of the things I always loved about this car, don't think I could bring myself to put another hood on it..

Looking forward to seeing your updates.

11/26/12 update

the car is finally sitting at my painters house awaiting him to start doing what he does best :)
2 boxes came in the mail today (maf/pcm off an 03 cobra, and upr engine bay dress up parts)

and in an interesting turn around i have decided on upgrading my fuel system with
FUEL INJECTOR CONNECTION - Bosch 92lb High Impedance
along with twin walbro 450s. kill mode will be 25+psi on e85 at 800+rwhp, while DD trim should be around 15psi on pump gas

the only question now is if i run the 60s while trying to break 9s on 93 and then get retuned with the 92s or delay the build completion an additonal month

Yes I called them and ordered it. Idk if the hood is still on sale or not but the hood was $360 and the shipping was around $150. I think it was $505 in all. Where did you order your S281 spoiler from? I'm looking to get one now

Oh yeah but American muscle never has them in stock when I look. And that shipping was just from where they are in Ohio to where I live in Kentucky so I couldn't imagine what it would cost you to get a hood shipped to florida lol
