Well my clutch or something inside decided to royally take a crap on me.

Finally get around to putting a new one in and find this...

Looks like some splines are missing huh?

Turns out the person/shop who installed the last one put the clutch disc in backwards.

Also after we pulled the trans, the throwout bearing and spring literally popped off without us even touching it.

Clutch was pretty damn New too and was only contacting on the outer ring of the material.

If anyone needs a spare flywheel and/or pressure plate let me know, I think their still good.

That's the 2nd time I've seen those splines hogged out but I've heard many times of people installing the disc backwards.

The issues is that the updated clutch is basically reversed compared to the original and we all know it's better to ignore the markings on the disc and just install it the way the old one went right?
