Shelby GT500 tuning in the Chicagoland and surrending areas.

Hey Guys,

I am located in Chicago Illinois and I have a 2008 Shelby GT500 and I am looking for a reputable shop to do some fine dyno tuning on her. Speedinc, Straightline Performance, and Finishline Performance are all known for GM shops. The shop doesn't have to be located exactly in Chicago, Other areas are kool also such as Indiana and Wisconsin but not far though I am willing to travel maybe say 100 miles out. I heard of Bob Kurgan what do you guys think about him for tuning?

Kurgan is located in Byron IL I just looked it up. Oh ok I didn't know this, anybody know how long this shop has been out there?

Bob, has been tuning around the area for a long time. He moved to a new shop in Byron in 2009. He has a good rep. Prior to that he shared space in another facility. I think he sometimes tunes at Speed Inc in Schaumburg too.

Post up your results if you do go there.

If you can get past a shirtless hawian guy in a hula skirt sitting in your car, kurgan is your guy. He's tuned 2 cars for me and I've had no issues.
