I recently emailed AFS about pre-ordering the AFS 18" 03 cobra wheels and they told me that pre-orders are not available, however they are putting together an emailer list for those interested in the wheels when they become available. The email is posted below:
Rob,
You are welcome to check back with us the end of February. We hope to
have more information available at that time. Thanks to your good idea,
we are starting a list of email addresses of people who want the wheels.
We will send an email out to those on the list with an update as we get
closer to "D-Day", or maybe we should call it "03-Day". If you have
other friends that want to get on the email list, just let me know and I
will add them to the list as well. Just tell them to put "03-Day" in
the subject line and we will add them.

Update:
Sorry, I do not have any final pricing yet. We will send that info out
as soon as it is finalized. I will try to get at least an "approximate"
price range for those on the list by the middle of February, so people
can preplan their budget a bit. I know that the company philosophy has
always been to try to make a fair profit on our items, but to never take
advantage or gouge people, even on the items in most demand. Especially
in these difficult times, they will be priced to sell! We are also
trying to find info on tires that can go with these sets, so we can put
together some killer wheel and tire packages. I'll try to have some
information on that put together my mid February as well.

I also inquired about a possible group buy in the future for SVTP so we'll see if that's something they'll be willing to hook us up with.
