Stiegemeier upsized Injectors can be installed and driven to your tuner without difficulties unlike new aftermarket Injectors that can prevent your vehicle from starting much less being driven. This saves you the hassle of trailering your car, however you should avoid wide open throttle situations until your vehicle has been tuned properly.

Resized Injectors are marked in phounds per HR. The cylinder number is scribed on the injector. This will have the top flowing injectors in the hottest cylinders.

Tuning- When tuning these injectors add fuel through the MAFF transfer function not a tuning file for bigger injectors through SCT or other. If installing a cold air intake at the same time make a base run straight up. Adding 1% for every pound added to your injectors across the board is common.

Injector Size x 10 Rich Okay -75%
Injector Size x 11 Correct --85%
Injector Size x 12 Lean -----95%

Sample - 52# Injectors x 11 570 rwhp
- 60# Injectors x 11 capable of 660 rwhp at 85%

There are many factors to fuel delivery such as pump voltage, line volume, hose size, injector tuning, ect....

The above chart is a good rule of thumb.

Why is it important to match the injector # to a specific cylinder? Are you just putting the higher flowing injector into the hottest cylinder?

I will be sending my 60's in to be cleaned, ported, and flowed.

IIRC you can make a 60lb roughly a 80 lb correct?

Thanks!
