Idk what it is but I would guess it would come with the harnesses when you buy them???

Harness bar. Don't run it without a rollcage or expect your head to pop.

Yes, it is a harness bar...

You should NEVER run a dual over the shoulder belt without a roll cage.

Simply, there is nowhere for your head/neck to go if you roll your car and your roof collapses.

You do not need a cage with dual shoulder belts, you simply need roll over protection. Dual shoulder belts ie; 5 or 6 point full harness.

A simple bolt in 4point roll BAR will accomplish this without the need to don a helmet every time you get into the car.

A cage puts steel tubing next to the side of your fragile skull. Roll cage padding will not protect your skull without a helmet, both are needed.

You may think I'm being picky with semantics but ....

A roll bar

And a roll cage, are two very different animals.
