2013 GT500 rear brakes are 13.8 in. I think that is a new larger brake rotor for 2013 over previous models.

Correct they will fit the 2007-2012 with stock rear brakes just need a sway bar relocation kit, I purchased them for my 2012 last year and didnt put them on.
