I’m pretty sure they are going through the pre-trial motions and this case will continued to get pushed back to a later date, while evidence is collected and motions are being filed.. This scam artist will get what he deserves as he can't run away forever.. i just talked to the guy who knows him.....and aprently the charges on mike for the truck max of 3 years in jail ( if person has a bad track record) 8 months on good behavior and a 10k fine for thieft by decieption....but aprently the guy will drop charges when " mikey Lightning" pays him the money. the person with the truck was off of ebay. well word is he wont be facing any jail time....since its his first affence and he has a clean record.....they just said a bunch of fines......and they were going to suspend his license but be4 they could he already had a license from a different state thats a non receprecating state to NJ to his license wont be suspended so he will just get fines....
