Do you hear the pump prime when you turn the key? I always wait till the prime stops and then turn the key the last bit to engage the starter.

I ran out of pump at 450 using a DW300 which is supposed to be 340lph. I would not expect a 260 ish pump to carry 450hp. You using the same injectors? Duty cycle would be irrelevant if not on the same size injectors.
