They say not to run aluminum pulleys on the KB’s because they run hot and the pulley will seize onto the snout. Then they destroy them trying to get them off.

This graph is from 07’ on a mustang dyno. 413/460. Car had 2.93” upper, 4lb lower. Same setup on a dyno jet dyno made 457/507.
I tried closing the door hard several times, I was pushing down on the top of the glass with no luck too. It was working fine in the morning, but in the afternoon no luck. If it does it again, I will swap the motor out.

Do you have a fuel rail pressure gauge? Are you building pressure? I know you said the pumps prime, How many times have you cycled the key to prime the pumps? You might need to do this a bunch of times to fill the lines...
I use 0000 SS wool with metal polish every year. After 3-4 years it needs a real polish again. I use a 6” buffing wheel on an angle grinder. Takes all the hard labor out of it. I think over the past 10-12 years, I’ve only sanded with 1000 grit and up once since the initial polish.
