I still use that Plantronics ear piece everyday while at work. I think I'm on my 3rd one over the past 10ish years. Seems to have the best combo of battery, sound, and no back noise for the other people.

Side note: The best way to kill the nest is fill a 20oz bottle with gas, wait till night when they are inactive then jamb the bottle open end down into the hole so the gas kills most and the bottle keeps the fumes in to kill the rest. Its worked without issue 3 times since.

That sucks and I can 100% see how it happens. I was cutting a tree down last year and got into a nest of yellow jackets. It was horrible. There wasn't like... 1 bite to let me know they were there. It was probably 8 bites all at once all over my neck and face. They were down my shirt still...
