Those of you that have installed a return system, how did you route it?

Managed to get off work early, had to rush out and get it inspected. No fuel leaks yet, I didn't hammer on it, but it seems happy.

Do I have aftermarket fuel pumps?

I would highly recommend not going with a BAP and doing a proper fuel system. I just had to pull the BAP off my car because either it or my pumps were dying (the BAP over volting the pumps kill them early). My injectors were pegging 100% DC and the car still needed more fuel. Fortunately my...

Those of you that have installed a return system, how did you route it?

Guage said 40psi, but I am seeing 41ish at the ECU. 7/16's vac, had to step it up right before the reg cause its 1/4", I need something smaller so it can all be the same size. No one had anything in town though smaller then 1/4" 1/8NTP though.

I ended up just tapping into where the boost gauges are connected, was the shortest route.

Those of you that have installed a return system, how did you route it?

Got all the wiring finished last night, tested the system and set my fuel pressure to 40 psi (gauge is really hard to read, setting it to 39 would be nearly impossible). Silly fender liner gave me fits, hopefully it doesn't rub, though I bet it will. Anyone have a suggestion for a reference...

I think I need to run the wire I circled in the pic at the top of the page to the FC2 remote. I won't be running any kind of hobbs switch.

I'm not worried about weight, just making it a clean install.

What do you guys do with the old fuel line? You just remove the rubber ends? Looks like it would be pretty difficult to remove the metal lines.

You can, my quickjacks overlay where yours sits however when I pick it up from the pinch welds.

I'd like to put it here, but it'll get crushed then I put it on my lift. The only place I can see that looks like it'll work is under the feet of the passenger rear floorboard. Which will be kind of lame because the screws might poke up through the carpet, but there isn't enough room in the...

Those of you that have installed a return system, how did you route it?

Planning on running up the passenger side with both the feed/return lines to the regulator in the passenger wheel well. Since I have you all here, I need to find a trigger wire to turn on the FC2, is this the FPDM (yellow circle) and can I use this wire (red circle) to trigger the FC2? That...
