another thing to check is the relay connection. My brothers GT did the same thing and we couldn't figure out why. We replaced everything and the fan still wouldn't kick on. Come to find out the connection was loose.

My output shaft seal is cracked and leaking. I pulled out the drive shaft, but I can't remove the seal. If i pull it with pliers the rubber just rips off. Any suggestions to remove it? I've searched with no luck. Can I just use a hammer and screwdriver or do I risk damaging the output shaft...
