Didn't those old vortechs require to tap the pan for an oil feed? I never liked that idea, personally.. OP- I'd stay bolt ons, suspension, wheels/tires etc. Make it beautiful, fun to drive and sound amazing. You can safely do all those things with your car and not bring on too many headaches...
