i'm new to the lightning world got a 03 lightning, with no marker lights, i have turn signals, headlights, fog light. so far i have found no blown fuse's. any ideas?

im looking into getting a 03 lightning, im stupid when it comes to them, the only thing i know is they are crazy awesome, what kind of thing should i look for? some stuff i know, 03 102,938 miles, lowered, tonneau cover, sct sticker on tail gate not sure if there is really a tune on it or not...
