I originally bought an MMR one. It didn’t fit properly from the get go. I bought the Cobra Engieering one and couldn’t be happier. Much better fit and finish
about 10 years ago I was waiting for a flight out of LAX, had a burger fries and a coke, 24.00! I will admit that it mayy have been one of the best burgers I have had from a chain though. I don't remember the name of the chain unfortunately

Change all the fluids and filters. I would change the brake hoses and flush the brake lines and put in new brake fluid. Check all the ground connections, clean and tighten as necessary. As your doing this, do a very thorough inspection,
Auto Meter does make some pillar pods, they also make other types of mounts. I have been on their site and the do offer things there that LMR does not show. That could be the best place to start looking.
I think the SOS pod is(was) the best looking one, matched the interior perfectly, they do show up for sale on here and FM occasionally but can be pretty spendy. Have a look at what LMR has on their site. Most of them need to be painted to match.
