Thank goodness this forum exists, ain't no freaking way I was gonna cut into my red OEM lines.
I need to look and see how I can pop the FRPS off and go that route.
If you have pics Ill love you long time.
Gotcha okay. In theory I could connect both to a single line and then that to the FRPS yeah? I posted a picture where both bypass valves are. My thought is connecting both to a single T, then that would connect to the FRPS. I have a second T I could use on the same FRPS line (lets add more...
I havent ran one yet but I'm really itching for it, that and a wideband are my next 'big' projects.
I thought about vac manifold but drilling into the firewall makes me cringe a tad. I know there's the one vacuum line on the back of the plenum but I've got a steel sleeve over it.
It's apart of...
Recently got my V3si kit installed on my 02 GT, however I need to finish it by T-ing the bypass valves into the vacuum system. I've seen people mention using the FRPS however I've also seen people leaning out their engines from vacuum leaks on that, so I'm curious if there's another I should be...
Did you get a used kit or did you get a V3si from Vortech? I noticed you have the andersen power pipe, curious if your bypass valve connects to the aftercooler bung on the bottom side.

On page 23 Image 10-G you can see the second bypass by the in intake manifold. Page 22 you can see they're asking for the Bypass below the plastic inlet (looks like you have an anderson power pipe...
This is a brand new kit from Vortech directly I bought in late October. The instructions mention connecting the second bypass valve, which honestly threw me off I thought they just sent a second since the kit has a lot of 'extras' for the other variants (bullit/cobras etc).
I believe there's...
I went with the aftercooler kit for mine, no blowthrough setup here :( seems like its the simpler route to be honest, Ive seen very very a/w setups.
Ive got 3 bungs on the inlet post MAF, the largest is for the IAC I believe, the other 2 I'm guessing would be for PCV? There's another below...
Would you have any insight on how vacuum/IAC lines should be setup with a catch can on a v3 kit for a 2v?

Thats how mines setup, but its also what Morosso wants in the instructions. Mines not a blowthrough, my MAF is down connected to the filter under my fender.
I'm gonna be using an after market amazon coupler to connect the MAF to the plastic 90 degree elbow that goes to the plastic inlet pipe on...
Not quite sure how my PCV/Vacuum lines should be connected, even more so with my new catch can installed. Staring at these 20 year old manual photos for a while now, it seems like my IAC should connect to my inlet duct, and my PCV lines need to connect to the 2 plastic bungs at the end, but with...
