Should the bottom front iso be the same rubber donut as the others? When I pulled my spring out it had what looks like heater hose slipped over the bottom coil. Looks like the previous owner had 1 mod on the car.

I have had my 04 Mystichrome Cobra for a few weeks now and checked that it had the gas pedal plate to fix the sticking pedal issue and the plate was there. The problem is it was under the carpet and did nothing to keep the pedal off the carpet. I couldn't see how that would help so I removed it...
