Did you clean intercooler? I also had cleaned the rotors when off and lubed the rear bearings . The black coating on my rotors was flaking off . Pulling them out to clean was easy Also change the fluid in blower while off . After reading some posts on here I used mobile 1 in my blower

For me when I did mine more than once,, Passenger side I would lift motor up all the way. I could just than see head of nut/bolt to remove.

Just a guess. Full lock position,,what is touching to stop it. Try small amount of lube on this contact. That slight movement when touching.
