Alright I want to get around 350 N/A. Im looking at fr500 cam kit. Will this work in the stock 97 heads? Or is there a better cam than the fr500? And will I need to get the stock heads worked or can the be left as they are?

okay i got to the harmonic dampener and could not get it loose. Is it revers threded and what can i do to get the center bolt out of it? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
