Thanks for the feedback. I'm not trying to be cheap and not go with the best since the car has not had any cheap parts installed so far and don't want to do that. Also being a vert its not ever going to be a track car but serve its purpose as a fun cruiser and corner carver. I do see alot of...
Mainly street and some auto x. Was also looking at the BMR premium version that has added structure to it over a basic K.

Been searching for a while on here but are any other aftermarket K members and LCA's better then another like UPR, BMR, QA1, or AJE? I know Maximum Motorsports is the one to get but thats a hefty price tag when adding in their LCA's and remote oil cooler, ~$1600. I'm installing new clutch and...
Well I think I’m going to finally start on this project. Overlayed the the covers and yes the colors are off but got few ideas to help. Changing the steering wheel, air bag and column trim to all black for starters. Next debating to change out the back seat also as I’ve located a mint oem seat...
To my surprise the covers from TMI arrived already. The vinyl is super nice and could easily be mistaken for leather, and the inserts are very soft and the Cobra logo is spot on. Gonna lay them over the stock seats in the car to see how the dark charcoal/parchment look will be with the saddle...
Coming from the 96/98 cobra soft bouncy seats, I have a feeling these might be equal or firmer which will be nice along with the seat bolstering and the higher support up the back with the large head rests.
Thanks for the info. I purchased the second seats as I'm saving my 48k mile original seats. Ditching the power seat sounds like a good option as I could go with out that. How much softer is the aftermarket foam in comparison to the original?
I like my HR super sports with koni single adjustables, Energy suspension isolators, also with MM CC plates. With 4 adults in a vert I haven't noticed bottoming out.
Did you use the stock 94/98 seat belt attachment to the trans tunnel or convert to the 99+ belt and use the attachment on the seat? Getting mixed info searching thru threads on how this all works out.
I've ordered the covers from CJ Pony already as I wanted dark charcoal/parchment for my saddle interior, since LMR doesn't list that color combo, but the foams will come from LMR as they have the best price. I'll share some info in this thread as I redo them, figuring 9-14 weeks for the seat...
I picked up a set of 01 front seats that need new foams and covers as they are completely shot to go in my 1998. Is converting them to 03/04 style as simple as it seams by purchasing the 03/04 seat foam and covers?
I have offset/offset with the only muffler they offer in 2.5”, flo tubes are pypes ss. Passenger side doesn’t fit well but driver is super easy and nice fit.

I should have updated but I went ahead and did full exhaust using the Borla Pro XS this winter with LMR tailpipes and Pypes flo tubes and absolutely love the sound. Nice quiet burble at idle but once in the throttle it sounds great and not overly loud even with the top down. Here's a cold...
Yes all the isolators are installed. The energy suspensions ones are very similar to the stock rubber ones. We don't have speed bumps around my area and do not notice it bottoming out. Will say the car is pretty low, I'll see if I can get a measurement from the ground to the K member.
I completely overhauled the suspension last winter. Front has Steeda X2 ball joints with the spacers also, MM HD lower rear arms, and recently just installed MM panhard bar. Running 18x9 fronts with 255/40 and 18x10.5 rears with 295/35.
