Autolite 764 Copper Core Questions

Where can I find these? They seem to be made out of un-obtanium. I can only find the copper core plugs that are resistor. Maybe that is what I need? I dunno.

I wouldn't run a non-resistor plug. I think it can cause an issue with the ECU. At least that's what I've learned on the Megasquirt forums. So the plugs you're finding are probably what you need.

That being said I prefer NGK's personally.

I've been running Autolite 103s (with resister) in my Eaton swapped 01 for 10 years now with no issues.

I ran Autolite 764s for many many years in my 98, until going turbo.
The 764 should be available just about anywhere. I used to buy them at Walmart even.

I think I have the autolites too...but will switch to NGK plats next....very good runs with them in the Audi and G35..
