Mine did the same thing a couple of months ago. I fired it up with no problem, put down the windows and the top, and cruised up to Publix to pick up a few groceries. I found a great spot right in front of the store, so I left the top and the windows down while I ran in the store. When I came out and put the key in the ignition....nothing. There wasn't even enough juice to put the top or the windows up. I called my wife and she drove up to the store, but the battery was so dead that I couldn't even jump start it. I then called a fellow Cobra owner that lives nearby and he let me borrow his battery. I traded out the battery in the parking lot (I'm sure the GM crowd thought this was hillarious  ) and the car fired right up. The next day I took the battery back to NAPA (it was only 2 months old) and they determined it was a bad battery. They replaced it and I've had no other problems... :pepper:
