I paid a ticket and have not turned in my receipt for my traffic school. It has been a month now, can I still turn the receipt in and get the points taken off?

You have 30 days to satisfy the citation (pay it, go to school, or take it to court). if you elect school, you then have 90 days to complete the school and then show proof that you have done so. it has been awhile since ive actually had to do the school, and i never have to explain that far into it, so im not 100% sure about the 90 days, but i am fairly certain about it. i was looking for a citation so that i could read it to see what it says, but i cant find one off hand. make sure you get that taken care of, you dont want your license to get suspended for something as silly as not showing proof of completion
