Bump steer kit is a waste for 99% of us. Small stuff like bushings will really only be noticed if the current stuff if bad or wore out. I did poly sway bar bushings and didn't really notice a big difference. Even though one was so bad it was clunking. I did notice a difference going to solid steering rack bushings, but my originals had 100k.

I wouldn't bother with control arms. Especially if you're staying with the stock spring location.
I did Global West Delrin Control arm bushings, poly bushings in the sway bar, Steeda x2 ball joints along with stock control arms and QA1 coilovers

My car has 12k original miles. Not sure if new control arms would help. But it’s definitely a little bumpy and shaky upfront

Unless you have been in an accident They will be good, I would paint or powder coat them while they were out and apart
