Ok ive been doing some research and i was wondering, exactly how hard is it to get a concealed carry permit here. I know they are rarley given out, so what are my chances?

Unless you fit a very narrow criteria, you will not get one. And most issued have restrictions on them for the purpose issued. For example, carrying a large sum of cash to the bank each night.
