im sure its been asked before, but im looking into applying for employment with a local police department. they have the usual exams, interviews etc. they also have a poly test. my question is will things i've done years ago affect the outcome?? i did a little experimenting with drugs in high school and a couple years after. nothing major just parties and such. no arrests ever for any of it. after which i joined the army and served just over 6 years with a tour in iraq. am i wasting my time?? any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. FYI i have never been arrested or had any speeding tickets. (yes really)
