I agree. Our 67 fastback isn't fast at all. But it's a blast to drive.

Yes and no. My mid 13 second New Edge was just as fun to mash the throttle in just because I could run 3 gears out to redline and not get dragged out of my car and beaten with a baton.

The Shelby, 3 gears and I get beaten, go to jail, lose my license etc…

New car is more fun to throw into a hard curve though. Old GT was pretty soft and non-responsive by time I sold it with 115k on the stock suspension parts.
