I know that local and state laws vary but I'm just trying to get a general idea of what to expect in a given situation.

Let's say that a person ...who shall remain nameless... was convicted of a disorderly conduct/M4... would that person jeapordize any liberties... ie owning a gun? Carrying concealed?

Most states no. You really don't have to start worrying about loosing liberties until you commint a felony, or something related to domestic violence. But like you said, every place is different and what I posted is just a rule of thumb.
