Can a t/b cause a service engine soon light? I wouldn't think so because there are no sensors on it besides the TPS. I also thought Ford programmed it to come on every so many miles, so it reminds you to spend high price dealer charges for service. Could that be a likely option? What will cause a service light? I know when my chip was installed that it came on, I let it reset for a long period of time and has not came on since. But came on after my t/b was installed, so I am letting the ECU reset overnight. I also checked the diagonositic check through where the odometer is displayed and is said "dtcNONE" which means no problems were found. Any help is great and btw I am going to keep the t/b because a s/c is coming real real soon.
